Return Policy

Customer service is very important to us here at Terra-ific. We want you to love our candles, bath salts, lip balms, and body creams as much as we do. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with what you have received, you can return it within 7 days from date of delivery. Please include a note about why you are returning your item. A full refund or exchange will be granted minus shipping and handling charges.

• Only candles that have not been lit can be returned.
• Bath and Body products are non-returnable and non-refundable if product has been opened(seal broken). Sorry, but no exceptions.
• Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and packaging it for safe return.
• We can not refund an item that was damaged durning shipping so please insure your package.
